[ARCHIVED] City Offers Options for Tree & Wind Storm Debris

The City of San Marcos is offering residents several options for disposing of branches and limbs blown down during yesterday’s wind storm, including adding an extra Brush Drop Off opportunity on Sat., June 15.

“Not everyone has the means to handle the removal of large limbs, so we want to encourage residents to help their neighbors with any of these options,” said Amy Kirwin, Community Enhancement Initiatives Manager.

Monthly Brush Drop off: Normally open the second Saturday of the month, the brush drop-off facility at 750 River Road will be open June 15th from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Residents can unload all vegetative debris, including tree trunks and leaves.
