Apply for Assistance

SMPD is taking applications for Operation: Blue Santa. The application deadline is Monday, December 9, 2019.

To apply for assistance from Operation Blue Santa, you must provide proof of residency inside the San Marcos City Limits when returning the application. You can only apply for your own household and children listed on the application must reside in that household.

Para solicitar la ayuda de la Operación Santa Azul, usted debe proporcionar la prueba en la aplicación de su residencia dentro la ciudad de San Marcos. Usted puede solicitar solamente por su propia residencia para los niños que residen en la dirección con probada.


Applications may be picked up or returned at the following locations:

  • San Marcos Police Department (2300 IH 35 South)
  • Southside Community Center (518 S Guadalupe Street)
  • Department of Health and Human Services (1901 Dutton Dr.)
  • WIC at 401 Broadway

Applications can be printed and filled out online:

All applications must be returned in person to 1 of the 4 locations by December 9, 2019 at 5 p.m. Note: Proof of residency is required:

  • Cable bill
  • HHSC Form TF0001-Notice of Case Action
  • Home telephone bill
  • Property tax bill
  • Rental/lease agreement
  • Utility bill
