Off-Campus Donations

Monday, July 11th - Monday, August 8th

Donation Locations

Participating apartments will have donation stations in the front office where residents may bring their reusable items. 

How Does It Work?

Donation stations will have five bins for collecting clothing and accessories, electronics and batteries, unopened non-perishable food and hygiene products, and miscellaneous household goods. See Accepted Items for more information about accepted donations and conditions

  • All clothing, luggage, and household goods must be in like-new or gently used condition. If you're unsure about an item, ask yourself, "Would I use this?" If not, please dispose of the item in the trash. 
  • Non-perishable food and hygiene products must be unopened.
  • Both working and damaged electronics are accepted.

Please sort your donations into the appropriate bin. Remember to drop off items at the donation station by Monday, August 8th.

All items received will be donated to a local community organization, recycling center, or reuse business. Damaged electronics will be recycled.

San Marcos Resource Recovery will service the donation stations on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week of the program. All donations and bins will be collected Monday, August 8th starting at noon
