Upcoming Event: July 23 Virtual Community Workshop!
As part of the update to the downtown design standards and guidelines, we are hosting our first ever Virtual Community Workshop to seek your input on the future look and feel of downtown! While we wish we could join the community in person, we are excited to explore a safe alternative for gathering your input and ideas.
Thursday, July 23, 2020 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Online via ZOOM Advance registration is required at the following link:
The Workshop will be interactive and participants will learn about architectural styles and provide input on the vision for different areas of downtown. To participate in the event, attendees will need access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet. If you do not have access to these devices, but would still like to participate, you can pick up a take-home Workshop Toolkit from the Planning Department beginning on Monday, July 20! Please email email@example.com or call 512.393.8230 to let us know you would like a toolkit and we will schedule you a safe pick-up time outside our offices. A toolkit in Spanish will also be available upon request.
Your community input during this virtual workshop will help our team focus on community ideas and will guide the look and feel of the future of downtown San Marcos. We look forward to seeing you at the Virtual Community Workshop!
