The city is updating the Recurring Credit Card program used to automatically pay your City of San Marcos Utility Bill. This upgrade is being implemented to enhance your online payment experience. Each customer will need to update their information in the new Recurring Credit Card program.
Select 'Register Now' Link on the right side of the web page.
Enter all information and click 'Enroll'.
Click the button to 'Add Account' to your login. Enter your 10 digit account number without dashes (e.g. 001-23456789-12 enter as 2345678912), check the box to agree to the terms and conditions and click 'Add Account'.
Click the 'Auto Pay' button and then 'Add Schedule' to set up recurring payment schedule.
Click 'Add New' in the Payment Method section to enter a new credit card, debit card or e-check information and click 'Continue'.
Select payment frequency and enter any additional information required. You can also select an optional end date for the schedule. To finish the payment schedule setup, click 'Confirm Schedule'.
